Pain from an arthritic joint can mean your body has become acidic inside.  The majority of people in North America are too acidic inside.  Coffee, alcohol, heavy rich meals and gravies can all cause an imbalance and create an acidic internal body environment.  Normally the pH level of your insides is slightly basic with a pH of 7.4.  If this balance shifts, it creates an abnormal, unhealthy, acidic internal environment and results in many of the problems we see clinically today.  Some of the effects of an acidic pH are:

What can you do?

Add a tablespoon of raw organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar containing the mother (the mother is the most nutritious part of the apple cider vinegar and is very beneficial to digest) to an 8 ounce glass of water per day.  Drink 3 litres of water per day because water is needed to keep your joints moving with ease.

You may be asking yourself, “If I am too acidic doctor, why would I add acid like apple cider vinegar”?  This is a good question.  When you add the proper kind of apple cider vinegar that is all natural, raw and organic, with no citric acid added, you will cause your pancreas to release more bicarbonate which will help the kidneys ‘basify’ your blood stream.  (Or is it de-acidify…you get the point). You will achieve pain-free status when your blood steam becomes more neutral.
